The Department of the Army, 99th Readiness Division, is seeking a contractor to replace the Building Automation System (BAS) and a 110-ton chiller at the Gloucester Township Army Reserve Facility (AFRC) in Blackwood, NJ. - Project Scope: - Replacement of the existing BAS with an upgraded system, including controllers, sensors, relays, graphics, and integration with Army-wide Enterprise Building Control Software (EBCS) - Direct replacement of a non-functional 110-ton chiller with a like-in-kind unit - Installation of an automatic flushing station for domestic water (Kupferle Eclipse #9766 MB or equivalent) - Provision of a Tridium JACE-9000 Network Access Controller (Honeywell or equivalent) with five-year SMA and Reflow software - Supply of a new Windows 11 local operator computer with peripherals for BAS operation - Services Required: - Complete installation, integration, programming, testing, and commissioning of BAS and chiller systems - System startup, load calculations, and on-site training - One year of support, including scheduled training/support sessions post-completion - Notable Requirements: - All work must comply with federal and Army regulations - Contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment - Work must be completed within 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed - OEMs Highlighted: - Honeywell (Tridium JACE-9000 controller) - Kupferle (Eclipse #9766 MB automatic flushing station) - Tridium (BAS platform) - Delivery/Performance Location: - Gloucester Township Army Reserve Facility (AFRC), Blackwood, NJ - Oversight by 99th Readiness Division, Directorate of Public Works, Fort Dix, NJ
