The Oklahoma State Department of Health is seeking input through a Request for Information (RFI) to inform the design and build out of the doula access expansion program under the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP). The program aims to expand and maximize the impact of existing doula and maternal health care efforts in rural Oklahoma, increasing access for rural residents. The RFI seeks to understand the landscape of programs across Oklahoma to minimize duplication, refine scope and cost estimates, and confirm requirements for successful deployment.
