24/7 Tire Road Services for Disabled Metrolinx Buses in Southern Ontario

Metrolinx, the government transit agency for Southern Ontario, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive tire road services for its fleet of disabled heavy-duty transit and highway buses. - Scope of Work: - 24/7 tire road service for disabled buses, including labor, materials, equipment, installation, and related expenses - Services cover purchase, installation, superintendence, tools, appliances, delivery, replacement, travel, mileage, disposal, and environmental fees - All costs must be quoted as a flat charge on the Pricing Schedule - Fleet Details: - Includes MCI D4500, MCI D45-CRT, ADL Enviro 500 SuperLo (DDS), and two electric buses - Buses maintained per OEM recommendations and Metrolinx guidelines - No specific OEMs, part numbers, or tire brands are mandated in the solicitation - Unique Requirements: - Service must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - Vendor responsible for all aspects of tire service, from supply to disposal, for the entire Metrolinx fleet

Metrolinx is seeking a vendor to provide tire road services for disabled Metrolinx-operated heavy-duty transit and highway buses in Southern Ontario, Canada. The service is required 24/7 and includes supply of labor, purchase, installation, superintendence, tools, delivery, replacement, travel, disposal, environmental fees, materials, and equipment. All costs must be provided as a flat charge on the Pricing Schedule. Electronic bid submissions are accepted until 3:00 p.m. on May 20, 2026, via MetrolinxMERX EBS.
