Description

Shared Services Canada (SSC) requires Local Internet Access Services (LIAS) for federal government sites across Canada on an as-and-when requested basis for SSC, its exclusive Partner Organizations, Mandatory Clients, and other Government Organizations that choose to use SSC for LIAS procurement. This RFSA invites Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to prequalify their business. Qualified suppliers will be eligible for Supply Arrangements to supply LIAS, which will be used to establish a list of qualified ISPs for future exclusive competition, standardize contracts, streamline solicitations and invoicing, formalize and consolidate existing connections, and establish new LIAS connections. This RFSA is a pre-qualification process and not a bid solicitation; SSC may award multiple Supply Arrangements but is not obligated to do so.
