The Alberta Courts Technology Services (CTS) department is seeking to engage a qualified Managed Security Services provider to deliver comprehensive cybersecurity services including 24x7 security monitoring and alerting, threat detection, major security incident response, managed detection and response network security, endpoint security, cloud security, threat intelligence, vulnerability assessment, security incident management, and continuous monitoring. The project aims to transform Alberta Courts security operations from a rudimentary internal function to a hybrid model leveraging specialized external expertise. This transformation will reduce the impacts of security incidents and align with the Canadian Judicial Council (CJC) Blueprint for the Security of Court Information.
