The Government of Manitoba, Environment and Climate Change/Aquatic Ecosystems Branch, is seeking maintenance and repair services for its fleet of watercraft decontamination trailers and Hotsy pressure washers. - Government Buyer: - Government of Manitoba, Environment and Climate Change, Aquatic Ecosystems Branch - OEMs and Vendors: - Landa (manufacturer of Decontamination ECOs Trailers) - Hotsy (manufacturer of pressure washers) - Products/Services Requested: - Maintenance and repair services for up to 10 watercraft decontamination trailers (Landa Decontamination ECOs Trailers) - Maintenance and repair services for up to 6 Hotsy pressure washers - Annual inspections (25-point for trailers, 14-point for pressure washers), unscheduled repairs, and winterization - Maintain detailed electronic logs for each unit (including dates, hours, costs, technician names) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All work must follow manufacturer specifications - Provider must have sufficient indoor space to house all trailers during servicing - Demonstrated experience with Landa Decontamination ECOs Trailers is required - Strict turnaround times: annual maintenance (1 day per unit), unscheduled repairs (5 days per unit) - Facility must be located within 60 km of 14 Fultz Blvd, Winnipeg - Maximum contract value is $100,000 - Period of Performance: - Contract runs from May 15, 2026, to March 31, 2028, with an option for a one-year extension

Description

Manitoba requires a qualified Service Provider to provide repair and maintenance services for a fleet of up to 10 trailered wash and reclamation units and up to 6 Hotsy pressure washers. The Service Provider must maintain an electronic log for each unit detailing maintenance and repairs, including dates, hours, costs, and technician names. Maintenance and repairs must be completed within specified turnaround times and in accordance with manufacturer specifications. The Service Provider must have sufficient indoor space to house all decontamination trailers during servicing. The contract term is from May 15, 2026, to March 31, 2028, with an optional one-year extension.
