Description

This RFP seeks to obtain a chromatography system capable of both preparative-scale (up to 2 g) high-performance liquid chromatography, as well as automated flash chromatography. The system should be capable of ultraviolet-visible detection from at least 300-800 nm, automated injection and fraction collection, and a pressure limit up to 400 bar in HPLC mode. The successful proposal will integrate both flash and preparative chromatography into a single system. Normal-phase chromatography (polar stationary phase with nonpolar mobile phases) will be used in both modes.
