Description

Tseshaht First Nation is undertaking the design and construction of a new community Multiplex located on Tseshaht IR1. The facility will be approximately 23,000 sq ft and include an enclosed gymnasium building and associated sitework and servicing on a 1.5 hectare site. The Multiplex will feature two full-size gymnasiums with bleachers, HVAC and mechanical systems, washrooms and changerooms, a community kitchen, administrative and office space, access road and parking areas, on-site servicing, minor off-site road upgrades, and landscaping. The building must comply with the more stringent of the BC Building Code or the National Building Code. This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for design-build services.
