DescriptionThe US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Pittsburgh District intends to award a sole purchase order to Dive Lab, Inc. under the authority of RFO 12.102(a), restricting competition for acquisitions valued at or below the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT). This requirement is for a new 3 Diver Rapid Deployment Console/Air Control Console.Sole Source JustificationThe Dive Lab, Inc. 3 Diver Rapid Deployment Console/Air Control Console will allow the Dive Team to react to any issues that may arise with the Air Control Box. Equipment is not intended to fail, however it does and right now we would be unable to dive if our boxes were needed to be serviced at the same time. The 3 Diver Rapid Deployment Console/Air Control Console would allow the dive team to diagnose the issue and fix it the same day, leading to support of Operations and the Pittsburgh District mission to support our Stakeholders and other IndustryA full Justification and Approval has been prepared in accordance with agency procedures and will be available upon request.
