The Corporation owns the Metro Vancouver Waste-to-Energy Facility located in Burnaby, British Columbia, operated by Veolia Water Canada, Inc. This solicitation seeks engineering support services for capital projects, operations and maintenance projects, BC Hydro sales agreement, and district energy capital project construction and implementation.
