Union County Public Schools is seeking a contractor to provide a complete, turnkey upgrade of the stage lighting system at Porter Ridge High School Auditorium in Indian Trail, NC. - Government Buyer: - Union County Public Schools (UCPS), UCPS Purchasing Department - Products and Equipment Requested: - Replacement of dimmer cabinets, emergency cabinets, pendant-mounted houselights with LED fixtures, exit signage, and work lights - Retrofitting existing fixtures with LED kits - Installation of DMX cabling and control systems - Key lighting equipment includes: - Colorsource Spot V 14 LED luminaires - Colorsource Spot VXT 26 LED luminaires - Colorsource Par V Zoom indoor fixtures - Colorsource Cyc LED luminaires - Canto Astro 600 with stand (Alternate 1) - Lonestar (Alternate 2) - Services Requested: - Complete turnkey installation, including all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, coordination, permits, startup, testing, and project completion - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Compliance with North Carolina General Statute G.S. 143-48, encouraging at least 10% participation from small, minority, physically handicapped, and women-owned businesses (HUB participation) - Completion of HUB Supplemental Vendor Information - Compliance with E-Verify and Iran Divestment Act certifications - All work must adhere to detailed electrical and lighting specifications and drawings - No specific OEMs or vendors are mandated, but ETC (Electronic Theatre Controls) is the likely OEM for Colorsource products - All communication must be directed to the designated procurement lead, and proposals must be submitted via email with a specific subject line

Union County Public Schools is seeking proposals for a complete, turnkey solution to upgrade the stage lighting at Porter Ridge High Auditorium. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, coordination, permits (if applicable), and services necessary to perform the work in accordance with the specifications and drawings attached as Exhibit 1. The work includes proper execution, startup, testing, and completion to provide a complete and functional end result.
