Description

This solicitation is for the renovation of Lipinsky Hall at UNC Asheville. The scope includes full replacement of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, connections to utilities, building envelope repairs including possible concrete structural repairs, and renovation and addition to meet current and future needs of the music department. Various bid packages are solicited for trades such as general trades, landscaping, demolition, concrete, masonry, steel, roofing, HVAC, electrical, and more. Historically underutilized business participation is highly encouraged. Electronic bids are not permitted; submissions must follow instructions in the attachments.
