North Carolina State University is seeking to establish a convenience contract with qualified suppliers to provide event rental equipment and related support services. The University intends to establish a pre-qualified pool of suppliers for use across campus, support a wide range of University events and operational needs, and designate one Primary Supplier for Football Operations. This contract will be used on an as-needed basis with no minimum or maximum volume of work guaranteed.
