Washington County Schools is soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFP) for Section 125 Flexible Benefits Plan Administration for the plan year beginning October 1, 2026. The goal is to find a broker/consultant capable of providing benefit administration for approximately 220 full-time and 50 part-time employees across 3 schools and a district office including maintenance and transportation sites. The selected vendor will provide and service the proposed plan, including completing all required discrimination testing and reports, and adhering to relevant procedures and laws. Proposals will be evaluated based on plan design, enrollment and communication capabilities, and cost to the employer.
