Red River College Polytechnic is seeking proposals for an AI-enabled admissions solution that supports and streamlines key components of the admissions lifecycle within an integrated systems environment. The solution includes application intake, document processing and verification, eligibility evaluation support, workflow orchestration, compliance, and reporting. It should enable improved applicant outbound communication and AI-driven inbound communication with human-in-the-loop oversight, ensuring AI does not make final admit/deny decisions unless determined by the user.
