Birdville Independent School District (BISD) is seeking proposals for the supply, installation, and ongoing support of a standardized chemical dilution cleaning system for all district facilities. - Government Buyer: - Birdville Independent School District (BISD), Purchasing Department - OEMs and Vendors: - Envirox (Absolute Cleaning System YGR Trio Dispensers) - H2Orange2 (Hyper-Concentrate 112 cleaning chemical) - Buckeye (existing Smart Center systems to be removed) - Products/Services Requested: - Approximately 143 Envirox Absolute YGR Trio Dispensers (part numbers: A9-855-TRIO, A-252-MDD-YGR, or approved equivalent) - Initial supply of 143 cases of H2Orange2 Hyper-Concentrate 112 (part number: A-112-02H, or approved equivalent) - Annual supply program for an estimated 627 cases of H2Orange2 Hyper-Concentrate 112 - Installation of all new dispensers and removal/disposal of existing Buckeye Smart Center systems - On-site training for Facilities and Custodial staff - Unique/Notable Requirements: - System must use a single, multi-purpose cleaning chemical for all custodial applications; systems requiring multiple chemicals are not acceptable - Dispensers must be intuitive, easy to operate, and provide consistent, accurate dilution control with minimal training - All products must be new, current production, and delivered F.O.B. Birdville Independent School District (BISD) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for the supply, installation, and support of a standardized chemical dilution system to support custodial and maintenance operations across district facilities. The system includes Envirox Absolute Cleaning System YGR Trio Dispensers, H2Orange2 Hyper Concentrate cleaning chemical (or approved equivalent), full system installation, removal and disposal of existing equipment, and training for district personnel. The project covers approximately 143 dispensing units across multiple district facilities including elementary, middle, and high schools, as well as administrative and support facilities. The contract term is from June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027, with options to extend for two additional one-year periods.
