Description

The Department of Citywide Administration Services is seeking a qualified vendor to provide labor, material, and equipment for audio, video, and text monitoring and dispatching of approximately 550 elevators at various DCAS Facilities throughout New York City. The procurement will be conducted through Competitive Sealed Bidding under Section 3-02 of NYC Procurement Policy Board Rules. The contract is expected to start on October 1, 2026, and end on September 30, 2029, with an anticipated contract value of $3,000,000.
