Description
The City of Minneapolis is soliciting proposals for a contractor to provide Energy Efficiency Program Navigator Services for single family and small multifamily home (up to 4 units) owners. The selected contractor will provide navigation services to help homeowners access energy efficiency and decarbonization programs, prioritizing households with barriers such as low income, non-English speakers, and disabilities. The services are described in detail in the Scope of Services attachment. Proposals must be submitted electronically by May 14, 2026, and the contract value shall not exceed $175,000.
