Description

The City of Berkeley is soliciting written proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide food assistance to food insecure households. This procurement is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and not an invitation to bid, with price and other factors considered in evaluation. The funding is provided through the HOME-ARP program under the American Rescue Plan Act to support supportive services for qualifying populations including homeless individuals, those at risk of homelessness, and victims of domestic violence or trafficking.
