SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION For Fusion 360 or Solid Works or Equal Software, Maintenance, and Training 1. Notice Information • Title: Sources Sought for Brand Name or Equal Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) Software Licenses, Maintenance, and Training • NAICS Code: 541519 – Software Publishers (Small Business Size Standard: $34 million) • Response Due Date: 28 April 2026, 4:00 Mountain Standard Time • Issuing Contracting Office: IDARNG USPFO Purchasing and Contracting Office 2. Description This is a Sources Sought synopsis issued for market research purposes only in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. The IDARNG is seeking to identify responsible Business concerns capable of providing the commercial brand name or equal software products, maintenance, and training detailed in the attached PWS. This notice does not constitute a Request for Quotation (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. The Government is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this synopsis; all costs associated with responding will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if one is issued. 3. Background & Requirement The Government requires a complete Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software solution to support its fabrication and machining operations that utilize Phillips Haas CNC machine: • Hass VF-4SS CNC Mill 4-axis machine The solution must have ability to integrate with the existing MasterCam CAD environment to generate, verify, and output machine toolpaths for various CNC milling applications. The requirement includes new software, (1) perpetual license, annual maintenance/software support, and associated training for up to 7 participants. The Government has identified products from Fusion 360 or Solid Works as meeting their needs. The acquisition will be conducted on a Brand Name or Equal basis. The statement shall not exceed five (5) pages and must include the following information: 1.
