Description

The McKenzie Valley Long Term Recovery Group (MVLTRG) is seeking proposals from qualified parties to provide site preparation work for placing accessory dwelling units on privately owned property within and around the 2020 Holiday Farm Fire footprint. The scope may include earthwork, grading, filling, soil and aggregate compaction, concrete footings, anchors, stem walls, septic, electrical, plumbing infrastructure, vegetation or fencing removal, and other related work. This project is funded with Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds through an Affordable Housing Development grant from Oregon Housing and Community Services. Lane County facilitates the process on behalf of MVLTRG, but the contractual relationship will be directly with the awarded contractor.
