Description

The McKenzie Valley Long Term Recovery Group (MVLTRG) is seeking proposals from qualified parties to provide professional architectural and engineering design services for placing approximately 15 to 20 accessory dwelling units (ADUs) on private properties within and surrounding the 2020 Holiday Farm Fire footprint. The scope includes developing site plans and drawings for site improvements necessary for placing manufactured or site-built dwellings on private properties with existing utilities. This project is funded with Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds through an Affordable Housing Development grant from Oregon Housing and Community Services. Lane County facilitates the selection process on behalf of MVLTRG, but the contractual relationship will be directly between the contractor and MVLTRG.
