Alachua County is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or entities to provide annual continuing professional mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety engineering services. The services will support the maintenance, upgrades, and repairs of building systems across County-owned facilities to ensure safety, reliability, and operational performance. The contract will be awarded based on qualifications, experience, and price, and the awarded proposer will furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform the services.
