Description

The contract covers services at the Bob Crane Community Center and other city buildings including the Municipal Services Center, Fire Station 72, and Public Services Center. The initial contract term is from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027, with four one-year renewal options. Bidders can bid on one or both locations and are encouraged to attend a site visit scheduled for April 29, 2026.
