Description

The City of Upper Arlington is seeking a contractor to provide supervision, labor, cleaning supplies, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete custodial and support services in a workmanlike and acceptable manner, meeting or exceeding the quality standards as indicated in the specifications. The contract covers services at the Bob Crane Community Center and other city buildings including the Municipal Services Center, Fire Station 72, and Public Services Center. The initial contract term is from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027, with four one-year renewal options. Bidders can bid on one or both locations and are encouraged to attend a site visit scheduled for April 29, 2026.
