Description

This project involves a complete replacement of the existing HVAC systems at the Solid Waste Administration Building. The work includes demolition of existing units and installation of new HVAC systems, including electrical, controls, piping, and all necessary components for a full system installation. The renovation will replace all building systems with two 15-ton VAV DX Split systems, a decoupled 100% outside air DX split system, new VAV terminal units, a new DDC control system, ductwork modifications, new exhaust fans, and other equipment. Additional improvements include sealing the attic space, repairing or replacing insulation, and enhancing overall building environment and HVAC performance.
