The Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) is issuing a Request for Applications (RFA) to establish grant agreements with eligible subrecipients under Florida's Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP). This federally funded five-year initiative aims to strengthen rural health care facilities' capacity to deliver specialty, acute, and behavioral health care through shared technology platforms, integrated data infrastructure, and expanded telehealth service lines. The Specialty and Acute Care Bundle (Bundle Two) includes two required core service components—Florida HIE/ENS Onboarding and Diagnostics Technology Support—and four elective telehealth lead initiatives. Applicants must include both core components and at least one elective telehealth initiative in their applications.
