Brookhaven National Laboratory, managed by Brookhaven Science Associates for the U.S. Department of Energy, is seeking a contractor to fabricate and deliver DUNE CE Flanges for the Deep Underground Neutrino Experiment (DUNE): - Government Buyer: - Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL), operated by Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC under the U.S. Department of Energy - Procurement and Property Management Division - Products Requested: - DUNE CE Flange (weldment assembly of 304L stainless steel 14-inch ConFlat flange with eight SHV connectors) - Pre-production phase: 10 units - Optional production phase: 80 units (in eight monthly batches of ~10 units) - All flanges must meet BNL-QA-101 quality assurance standards and be fabricated per detailed technical drawings - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must have at least 5 years of experience in precision machining of stainless-steel vacuum components - Strict packaging, labeling, and testing requirements - Firm fixed price contract - Set aside for small businesses - Delivery Location: - Brookhaven National Laboratory, Upton, NY (Receiving: Bldg. 98 Rochester Street) - No specific OEMs or part numbers are provided; technical details are in the contract attachments

Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (herein known as “BSA”), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) herewith solicits your quote for the subject requirement as outlined in Enclosure A, Draft Contract 476754.

BSA invites you to participate in accordance with the RFQ letter and all supporting enclosures and exhibits. This requirement has been posted on SAM.gov website under Request for Quote (RFQ) 476754.
