The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Twin Falls District, under the Idaho State Office, is seeking sources for the supply of custom-fabricated metal troughs for use in land management operations. - Government Buyer: - Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Idaho State Office, Twin Falls District - Products/Services Requested: - 32 custom-fabricated metal troughs - Galvanized stock water troughs constructed from 14-gauge steel sheet - Must meet ASTM A6/A6M-87, ASTM A36/A36M-87, ASTM A569/A56, and ASTM A123-84 standards - Includes trough braces, lids, bird ladders, and piping as specified - Welds must be watertight and comply with AWS D9.1-84 - Fasteners: 5/16 x 1 inch cadmium-plated or galvanized bolts, washers, and nuts - All fabrication and coatings must comply with federal and ASTM specifications - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; open to qualified fabricators meeting the specifications - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Custom fabrication to detailed federal and ASTM standards - Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) - Capability statements required (not quotes or pricing) - Compliance with all attached technical drawings and specifications - Payment based on number of accepted troughs

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Twin Falls District (Idaho) is seeking qualified sources capable of providing the following: Troughs, metal, custom – 32 each. See attached drawings/specs.Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management and capable of receiving government contracts and qualified to provide the required supply items. Interested parties should send capability statement or similar information to the Contracting Officer via email at Charles_Dodson@ios.doi.gov no later than May 1, 2026. Please include Cage Code and/or UEI number and small business/socioeconomic status. Please do not include pricing or a quote – this notice seeks “interested” sources only. Information received will assist the CO in determining set aside for forthcoming solicitation.
