The Massachusetts District Attorneys Association is soliciting competitive responses for a modern, cloud-based District Attorney Case Management (DACM) System to replace legacy DAMION instances across all 11 Districts. The selected vendor will provide planning, configuration, implementation, data migration, training, and ongoing support. Preference will be given to a highly configurable commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) or low code/no code solution that minimizes custom code. The system must support the full prosecutorial lifecycle.
