Description

The City of Eustis is soliciting a letter of interest and statement of qualifications from Construction Management Firms. The awarded firm(s) will provide Construction Management at Risk Services for various construction projects with an estimated construction cost not exceeding $3 million per project, on an as-needed basis. Services include assisting the engineer of record in scope of work, material and equipment selection, value engineering, determining project cost and schedule, and selecting subcontractors for various trades.
