Description

The City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission is requesting bids for improvements to the Fleet Management Renovation located at 100 Oakcreek Drive, Lincoln, NE 68528. The project includes renovation of the existing Parts Office and the existing Body Shop area for the Lincoln Police Department Fleet Maintenance. Construction work involves CMU and metal stud framed walls, patches to metal building system wall panels, mechanical mini-split, electrical power, lighting, security, and data systems. The renovation is to be completed in two phases with specific areas to be completed and occupied before work begins in other areas. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit is scheduled for April 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the site.
