Description

This solicitation is an Invitation to Tender for site preparation and installation of underground municipal services for the proposed Port Coquitlam Multi-Sport Facility located at 2265 Prairie Avenue. The scope includes site mobilization, clearing, earthworks, storm and sanitary infrastructure, water servicing, site grading, temporary stabilization, electrical conduits, and lighting installation. Final surface works are excluded and will be handled by a separate contractor. The work is coordinated with future surface works and detailed specifications and drawings are provided in the RFx documents. Enquiries must be submitted in writing by May 7, 2026, and submissions are due by May 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
