The City of Laredo is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide professional architectural services for the complete renovation of the Laredo Center for the Arts and adjacent commercial suites. The renovation scope includes flooring, windows, painting, electrical, HVAC, roofing, and necessary commercial improvements to meet fire, occupancy, and Historic District Board compliance requirements. The selection will be based on demonstrated competence and detailed credentials. A Professional Service Agreement will be issued upon availability of funding.
