Description
The City of Goodyear is seeking qualified Job Order Contractors to provide Job Order Contracting services for Traffic Services. The contract term is three years with two one-year extensions at the City's discretion. Work is performed as individual Job Orders with agreed scope, schedule, and price, not to exceed a Guaranteed Maximum Price. Services include installation of traffic signal structures, utilities, paving, landscaping, signage, traffic control, ADA retrofit work, and other improvements within the City's rights-of-way. The contract has an annual limit of $15,000,000 and no minimum work guarantee, with individual Job Orders not exceeding $5,000,000.
