Description

The Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety is soliciting offers for Investigation Management System Improvements. The procurement seeks IT consulting services to provide one Project Manager, one Business Solutions Analyst, one User Experience/Interaction Designer, and one Senior Software Engineer to configure a SaaS enforcement management solution for the Underground Safety Board's enforcement actions. The solution will enhance the current Dynamics 365-based case management system by developing user interfaces, dashboards, and workflows to support enforcement processes. The contract term is 24 months with options to extend for two additional 12-month periods.
