The Trustees of the California State University, Humboldt campus, are soliciting sealed bid proposals via email for a single Job Order Contract (JOC) to provide all labor and materials for repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition, and construction of infrastructure, buildings, structures, or other real property. The contract is a competitively bid, firm fixed priced, indefinite quantity contract with a minimum total contract value of $0 and a maximum of $500,000, with an option to increase to $3,000,000.
