Description

The Houston Independent School District (HISD) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for Court Reporting and Other Related Services. The project term is from August 14, 2026, to August 13, 2027, with four automatic annual renewals not to extend beyond August 13, 2031, and a possible extension of up to 90 days for business continuity. Vendors must submit all required documentation to be considered for approval as an HISD Approved Vendor. A virtual Pre-Proposal conference will be held via Microsoft Teams on April 21, 2026.
