Battery Park City Authority d/b/a Hugh L. Carey Battery Park City Authority (BPCA) requests proposals from qualified firms to provide a full range of financial investment advisory services. The selected proposer will assist BPCA in managing its investment portfolio by advising the Board on investment philosophy, providing regular performance reports, conducting policy reviews and updates, developing asset allocation strategies, monitoring compliance, and implementing an overall investment strategy. Services will be performed consistent with BPCA's Investment Reports and Guidelines. The contract term is 3 years with 2 one-year renewal options.
