Description

The Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) is seeking quotes for a full replacement of the existing roof system at the Lakeville House P-98 in Sterling Forest State Park. The work includes removal and disposal of old roofing materials and installation of a new roof system covering approximately 5,500 square feet. The scope involves removing shingles, gutters, leaders, and flashing; inspecting and replacing unserviceable roof decking; installing ice and water shield; replacing fascia and drip edge; installing new flashing and GAF UHD shingles; and installing new seamless gutters and leaders. Site visits are scheduled for April 28 and 29, 2026, and technical questions can be directed to the Park Manager.
