Multiband Miniature Transceiver

Solicitation N0042126Q1136 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis for Cubic Defense Applications, Inc, the original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), as they are the sole source provider of the required Multiband Miniature Transceiver, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR by FAR Part 13.106-1b. Offeror's must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at HTTPS://sam.gov. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor' best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. 

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by 3:00PM Eastern Standard Time on 28 April 2026. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
