Description

The City of Smyrna is requesting proposals for a time and materials contract to include regularly scheduled maintenance of all Fire Systems in the City and maintenance and replacement of these systems. The fire systems include wet sprinklers, dry sprinklers, fire alarms, fire extinguishers, kitchen hoods, and special hazard systems. The contract involves inspection, maintenance, and replacement services for these fire protection systems. Proposals are due electronically by May 22, 2026, and a pre-bid conference is scheduled for May 6, 2026.
