Description

This is a notice of intent to award a Sole Source Change Order contract to Conduent State and Local Solutions, Inc. for print mail and mailing solutions supporting the new EPIC child support system. The change order is necessary to allow full implementation and ongoing production of print/mail and mail room functions during the EPIC implementation and live environment. The EPIC system is scheduled to go live on July 1, 2026, and these services are critical for its operation. The sole source contract supports a 10+ year child support automation and modernization project.
