This contract involves site preparation and installation of underground municipal services for the proposed Port Coquitlam Multi-Sport Facility at 2265 Prairie Avenue. Work includes site mobilization, traffic control, erosion control, clearing, grubbing, earthworks, subgrade preparation, and installation of storm drainage, sanitary servicing, water servicing, service stubs, rough grading, temporary surface stabilization, and electrical conduits with pole-mounted luminaires.
