The Department of the Navy is seeking proposals for the Undergraduate Jet Training System (UJTS) to support the training of Navy and Marine Corps jet aviators. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Chief of Naval Air Training (CNATRA), PMA-273 Naval Undergraduate Flight Training Systems - Products and Services Requested: - Undergraduate Jet Training System (UJTS) aircraft (Low-Rate Initial Production for intermediate and advanced training) - Ground-Based Training Systems (GBTS) in limited quantities - Engineering, Manufacturing, and Development (EMD) of the UJTS solution - Interim Contractor Logistic Services (I-CLS) to support UJTS - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation; full and open competition is expected - Notable Requirements: - Proposals must address both aircraft and ground-based training solutions - Interim contractor logistics support is required for the initial fielding period - Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) submission is required with offers (per FAR Clause 52.223-3) - All technical and product details are provided in the solicitation attachments - Place of Performance: - Work will be performed at contractor facilities and appropriate government locations, with the contracting office at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD
