NAVFAC Atlantic is seeking architect-engineer services for Air Installations Compatible Use Zones (AICUZ) and Range AICUZ (RAICUZ) studies under an IDIQ contract. - Government Buyer: - Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Products/Services Requested: - Architect-engineer services for AICUZ, RAICUZ, and related encroachment management and readiness sustainment - Services include: - Preparation and updates of AICUZ, RAICUZ, and RCUZ studies - Noise and safety studies - Encroachment action plans - Specialized land use planning - Community outreach materials - Acoustical measurements and analysis - Airspace and airfield operational capacity analysis - Planning events such as CPLO workshops - No products or part numbers are specified - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Submission of a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) with proposals is required (per FAR Clause 52.223-3) - Contract is unrestricted and covers CONUS and potentially worldwide Department of War activities - Contract ceiling is $15 million over five years (one base year plus four option years)
