Description

This is a non-personal services contract to provide removal of oil/water mixture and contaminated sand/soil/sludge from oil water separators (OWS) (to include holding tanks and spill containment hereinafter) in Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the personnel rendering the services performing the services herein either by the contract’s terms or by the manner of its administration. Such service contract providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn, is responsible for the Government. The contractor shall provide services for the removal, transportation, and disposal of oil/water mixture and contaminated sand/soil/sludge from various oil water separators, holding tanks, or spill containment at the US installation in Osan Airbase as described and defined in this PWS.
