Description
The County of San Diego is soliciting bids for a Job Order Contract (JOC) No. 365 for B General Building Contractor. This is a competitively bid, firm fixed priced indefinite quantity contract for repair, remodeling, maintenance, or rehabilitation work on buildings, structures, or other real property at various locations throughout the County. The contract includes a collection of detailed repair and remodel tasks with established unit prices, and ordering is accomplished by issuance of Job Orders against the contract. The contract has a maximum value of $5,000,000 and a base period of 12 months from contract award or expenditure of the maximum value, whichever occurs first.
