Description
The County of San Diego is soliciting bids for a Job Order Contract (JOC) No. 368 for C-20 Mechanical Contractor services. This is a competitively bid, firm fixed priced indefinite quantity contract that includes a collection of detailed repair and remodel tasks with established unit prices. The contract covers repair, remodeling, alteration, modernization, maintenance, or rehabilitation work on buildings, structures, or other real property at various locations throughout the County. The successful offeror will provide all management, labor, materials, and equipment needed to perform the work and must use the Simplebid Unit Price Book for pricing.
