The County of San Diego is seeking a qualified C-20 Mechanical Contractor for Job Order Contract (JOC) 369 to provide mechanical repair, remodeling, maintenance, and related services at County facilities. - Government Buyer: - County of San Diego, Department of General Services, Department of Purchasing and Contracting - OEMs and Vendors: - Facility Optimization Solutions, LLC (FOS) is the designated provider of the Simplebid™ JOC Software, JOC Applications, and the Simplebid™ Unit Price Book (UPB) used for pricing and proposal submissions - Products/Services Requested: - Job Order Contracting Services for C-20 Mechanical Contractor - Includes repair, remodeling, maintenance, alteration, modernization, or rehabilitation of buildings and structures - All management, labor, materials, and equipment required for work as specified in individual Job Orders - Pricing based on the proprietary Simplebid™ Unit Price Book and composite adjustment factor - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Only prequalified contractors with a valid California C-20 Mechanical Contractor license and DIR registration may bid - All work must comply with safety, prevailing wage, and environmental regulations - Contractors must use the FOS Simplebid™ platform for all pricing and proposal submissions - Ability to perform work during both normal and non-normal working hours as specified in Job Orders - Indefinite quantity contract with a $3,000,000 maximum value and a 12-month base period - Work will be performed at various County of San Diego locations

Description

The County of San Diego is soliciting bids for a Job Order Contract (JOC) 369 for a C-20 Mechanical Contractor. This is a competitively bid, firm fixed price indefinite quantity contract for repair, remodeling, maintenance, or other repetitive work on buildings and structures at various locations throughout the County. The contract includes a Simplebid Unit Price Book with preset unit prices, and the successful offeror will furnish all management, labor, materials, and equipment needed to perform the work. The contract has a maximum value of $3,000,000 and a base period of 12 months from contract award or expenditure of the maximum value, whichever occurs first.
