This is a competitively bid, firm fixed priced indefinite quantity contract that includes a collection of detailed repair and remodel tasks with established unit prices. The contract covers repair, remodeling, maintenance, or other repetitive work on buildings, structures, or other real property at various locations throughout the County. The contract has a maximum value of $2,500,000 and a base period of 12 months from the notice of contract award or expenditure of the maximum contract value, whichever occurs first.
